Refund policy
What is your policy on returns?
We offer a hassle and cost free 14 day exchange policy for Dubai.
For all other Emirates, the customer will be responsible to ship the item in it's undamaged packaging with all tags attached back to us within 14 days.
In the event that you are not 100% satisfied, the item has a manufacturing defect or if you wish to change the size or color, please send an email to info@everose-thelabel.com within 14 days of receipt so you can exchange this for any other item or get your money back.
All item(s) should be returned in the original packaging, with all tags attached and have no damage or usage. Once the item is back in our warehouse and inspection is completed, you will receive a returns confirmation email.
Bespoke orders, personalised items, made to order articles, sale items and international shipments are excluded from this return policy.
If your purchase appears to have a manufacturing defect, we will repair or replace the product at our discretion. (Terms & conditions apply).
We do not accept:
- Products damaged by misuse or showing signs of wear
- Products that have been used, altered, assembled or installed, unless they are defective. We reserve the right to check for defects and will repair or replace the defective products at our discretion.
- Products with damaged packaging or removed tags.
Unfortunately we are not able to except returns from internationally shipped items or return requests after the return policy time of 14 days.
If you've paid by Credit or Debit Card, your refund will be credited back to your card or account within 4-15 days, depending on your bank.
