Here’s how delivery works:

Delivery to all 7 Emirates is on us!

Delivery times:

For orders received Mon to Fr: 1-2 business days delivery within Dubai, 2-3 business days delivery time for all other Emirates.

For orders received Sat & Sun: Items will be delivered the following week Monday to Wednesday, depending on your location.

Need a last minute outfit? No problem! We do offer an express delivery service for extra charge. Please drop us a note to info@everose-thelabel.com and we will do our best to make you look fabulous on your special occasion!

 

Other Order Options Available:
At EVE ROSE THE LABEL, your comfort is our priority. For selected styles, we offer customization options such as sleeve or length adjustments. You can request these in the "order notes" box at checkout.

Please note: Personalized fits are made to order and may take up to 7 additional days for delivery.

Please keep your valid ID handy to show our delivery partner when they deliver your order. Accepted forms of ID include either your passport or Emirates ID.

If you wish to order from outside the United Arab Emirates, please text us and we will do our best to make it happen for you.

Can someone else receive the order on my behalf?

Yes, another person can receive your order on your behalf at the address specified on your order (for example, the receptionist at your office). To do so they must show our delivery partner a valid ID of their own (Passport or Emirates ID).

Kindly note that during very busy periods such as Christmas or EID, warehouses and courier services are extremely busy and delivery times can take longer than expected. We recommend ordering early to make sure you'll receive your items before the holidays.
